It just takes a good reporting group. Usually with 4-5 people, you can reduce piracy greatly. Especially if you target the big sites. Every file sharing website in the US has to respond to official DMCA complaints, which Celph probably has a pre-written. I suggest you do the same thing if you are planning on releasing an album.
